Product Service Agreement

1.1 XABLE product services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") means the specific services Huajun Zhisuan provides to you through the XABLE platform (xable.com.cn), including but not limited to: (1) Model API calling service: API access to 7+ mainstream large language models; (2) GPU compute rental service: on-demand rental of NVIDIA and Huawei Ascend GPU instances; (3) AI app marketplace: one-click deployment of AI applications; (4) AI Academy: AI skills training courses; (5) Private deployment: enterprise-grade private deployment solutions. 1.2 By confirming through a web page click, actually using the service, or activating the service via API or system integration, you accept this agreement. 1.3 This agreement consists of the main text and all published or future business rules (product documentation, notices, announcements, etc.), which have equal legal effect.

2.1 You shall complete the service activation as prompted on the page and ensure the information provided is true, accurate, and valid. 2.2 XABLE will strive to ensure service continuity and security but does not guarantee absolute availability. 2.3 We may change or terminate a service due to technical upgrades, business strategy adjustments, etc., with advance notice on the official website or via in-platform messages. 2.4 You shall properly safeguard your account credentials (password, API Key, etc.); losses from credential leakage shall be borne by you.

3.1 Billing modes are divided into prepaid (yearly/monthly plans, resource packages) and postpaid (pay-as-you-go), subject to each service page's description. 3.2 GPU compute uses a pre-freeze mechanism: a 24-hour fee is frozen when an instance is created, deducted per minute based on actual usage. The remaining frozen amount is refunded when the instance is stopped or deleted. 3.3 Model API is billed in real time by token usage, deducted from your account balance. 3.4 Upon arrears: (1) We will issue a demand; (2) We reserve the right to suspend related services; (3) After arrears exceed the grace period (specific limits depend on each service), we may delete your business data, which is unrecoverable. 3.5 XABLE may launch promotional offers, and you have a confidentiality obligation regarding any discounts you enjoy.

4.1 XABLE is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security of the platform's underlying infrastructure. 4.2 You are responsible for: (1) Security of the portion above the operating system (such as applications you install); (2) Formulating your own cloud security policies and configuration choices; (3) The source and legality of your data; (4) Backing up your data yourself. 4.3 You must legally retain website access logs and cooperate with lawful inquiries by state authorities. 4.4 You must ensure the legality of your processing of users' personal information and have obtained sufficient, necessary authorization.

5.1 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this service. 5.2 Prohibited acts: (1) Attacking, penetrating, or reverse engineering the platform system; (2) Using the API for malicious calls, traffic inflation, or abuse of platform resourcess; (3) Using the service for illegal scraping or generating illegal content; (4) Engaging in illegal virtual-currency-related businesses; (5) Using open-source software under the AGPL license, whose copyleft may force the entire service to be open-sourced. 5.3 If you violate the above restrictions, XABLE reserves the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend, or terminate the service.

6.1 You have full ownership of your user business data. 6.2 Except to perform your service requests, XABLE will not use or disclose your data without authorization, except when lawfully queried by state authorities. 6.3 When you release the service, the service term expires, or arrears occur, XABLE retains data only during the grace period; after that it will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable. 6.4 The intellectual property rights of the technology, software, and services provided by XABLE belong to Huajun Zhisuan. 6.5 The intellectual property rights of results generated from your use of this service belong to you, and you warrant that submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights.

7.1 If you violate this agreement, XABLE may unilaterally restrict, suspend, or terminate the service as appropriate and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. 7.2 XABLE's liability cap is the total fees you paid for that service in the 12 months preceding the breach. 7.3 XABLE is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, policy changes, cyberattacks, etc.). 7.4 Both parties shall resolve disputes through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to a court with competent jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

XABLE may adjust the terms of this agreement. The revised agreement takes effect after publication on the official website or notice by other means. If you disagree, you may stop using the service. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
